«bellissimo posto, ci aspettavamo di più»
struttura stupenda, immersa nel silenzio e nella pace di un paesino come Fontvieille e in posizione comoda per poter visitare gli altri borghi e città della Provenza gusto e stile negli arredamenti, nella gestione degli spazi comuni, una bella piscina all'aperto da relax e zona colazione tra gli alberi del giardino interno buona e variegata la colazione (anche se dalle varie recensioni e dalle foto mi aspettavo qualcosa di più), ma all'altezza della location
ci sono alcuni particolari che da una struttura di questo tipo non ti aspetti e forse meriterebbero più attenzione, in particolare abbiamo trovato la vasca-doccia non adeguatamente pulita (evito di pubblicare foto, ma c'erano dei punti sulla parte piastrellata della doccia con presenza di probabile muffa) poi la SPA: viene indicata sul sito booking, viene rappresentata anche con foto sul sito dell'hotel, ma non è disponibile, ovvero è disponibile solo area massaggi ma non è disponibile la vasca idromassaggio (ci hanno detto per problemi amministrativi) poi alcuni piccoli aspetti tecnici: c'è un interruttore vicino al letto che disalimentava la corrente elettrica della spina sottostante (alla quale era collegato il frigo, ma anche utilizzata per esempio per caricare il cellulare) e forse andava spiegato o indicato; così come la mancanza di una presa elettrica in bagno: c'è il phone ma non c'è dove collegarlo (bisogna spostarsi in camera) poi il prezzo di due coca cola in bottiglia da 25ml: 12 euro, prezzo probabilmente allineato con il livello della struttura, ma comunque alto e non c'era in stanza (o non lo abbiamo trovato) alcun listino per le consumazioni da frigo-bar infine il parcheggio: consiglio di parcheggiare in zona, si trova facilmente, al massimo con qualche minuto a piedi, ma se si volesse parcheggiare in loco il prezzo di 20 euro al giorno è davvero eccessivo, proprio alla luce della disponibilità nelle vicinanze

«Buona base per visitare la Provenza e la Camargue.»
Bella e suggestiva villa nel cuore di Fontvieille, molto vicina ad Arles, Avignone, Aix-en-Provence e la Camargue. Il giardino, gli esterni e la piscina molto carini. Colazione discreta. Buon ristorante interno. Molto bella la vasca in camera.
Colazione sempre uguale ogni giorno, senza variazioni. Abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza "Santoline", che sembra arredata in modo non coerente con la media della Provenza rispetto al prezzo per notte richiesto. La doccia era priva di cabina, impossibile evitare di bagnare dappertutto nel piccolo bagno. Rubinetti non perfettamente puliti, con getti irregolari che bagnavano dappertutto e rendevano molto scomode le comuni operazioni.
